The story
After spending half his life in prison for a crime of passion, Stratos is released and finds work at a bakery during the night. His criminal past remains part of his life: by day, he carries out contract killings. He gives the money he earns to Leonidas’s brother, who has become like a brother to him and is planning an escape. Stratos’s actions are driven by a debt of gratitude to Leonidas, an underworld figure who protected him in prison and once saved his life during a clash between two gangs. He waits anxiously for the day the escape can happen.

When he was young, Stratos (Vangelis Mourikis) committed a crime of passion and ended up spending half his life in prison. There, Leonidas, a major underworld figure, protected him. During a clash between two gangs, Leonidas saved Stratos’s life—something Stratos would never forget. After being released, he found a night job at a bakery. By day, unable to leave his criminal life behind, he carried out contract killings, giving all the money to Leonidas’s brother, who was now like a brother to him and was planning his escape. Stratos devoted himself to a single goal: repaying his debt to Leonidas, anxiously awaiting the day his brother would escape.
