Tudo Que Aprendemos Juntos (2015)

The plot is inspired by the true story of the formation of the Heliópolis Symphony Orchestra and tells the moving saga of a musician and his students, whose lives were transformed by art. Laerte is a promising musician who has a crisis during an audition for a position with the São Paulo State Symphony Orchestra (Osesp). He loses the chance to work for the largest symphony orchestra in Latin America and, frustrated and struggling financially, goes to teach classes in the Heliópolis favela. At the school, surrounded by poverty and violence, he rediscovers music with such passion that he ends up inspiring the young students.
