The story

Younger members Pequeño and Gabbiano represent the group during games, while the very young Angelo tries to find his place among them and sees Sandro as the father figure he has lacked. Angelo is driven by a desire to avenge his brother Sasà, who died in a clash. As disagreements arise within the group, Sandro meets Terry, a single mother who works at a spa, and seems ready to change his life.

Full plot (contains spoilers)

Sandro, known as “the Mohican,” is the longtime leader of Napoli’s ultras group, the “Apache.” Because he is subject to a stadium ban, he can no longer enter the stadium, so during matches the group is represented by the faction led by Pequeño and Gabbiano, who are younger and more inclined to provoke rival supporters. The very young Angelo is also trying to make his way in the group alongside his friends. Determined to avenge the death of his brother Sasà, who died during a clash, he sees Sandro as the father figure he has always lacked. One day, Sandro meets Terry, a single mother who works at the spa, and seems determined to change his life, helped in part by disagreements within the group. Despite an initial dispute that Sandro himself resolves, the situation ultimately ends with the older members being pushed out and a new group, the “No Name Naples,” being founded under the leadership of Pequeño and Gabbiano. Angelo and his friends inadvertently contribute to the split when they accidentally set fire to an Apache banner, and the blame falls on the No Names, who are brutally attacked by the old guard. After a heated confrontation with his best friend Barabba, Sandro also distances himself from Terry, until he returns to his ultras life and makes peace with the other longtime leaders. However, after making peace with Terry as well, he is implored by Angelo’s mother to save Angelo, who has gone with the No Names to Rome for the championship’s final, decisive match, despite the away trip being banned for visiting fans. Sandro manages to reach the capital just in time to save Angelo from an attack by two police officers, but loses his life in doing so. His funeral becomes an occasion for the two factions to reconcile, united in grief over the loss of their longtime leader.
