Un buco in fronte (1968)

In the Sierra Paolo there is a hidden treasure, and to find it, three playing cards bearing a map must be brought together. Each is held by a different person: one by the deserter Munguja, the second by the bandit Murienda, and the third by Garrincha, another outlaw. When Murienda learns that Munguja and his gang are on his heels, trying to take the card from him, he asks the gunfighter Billy Blood for help and arranges to meet him at the convent of San Juan. Unfortunately, Murienda is killed before reaching San Juan, where the friars bury him. During the night, four of Munguja’s men dig up Murienda’s body and find the card on him, but Blood intervenes, kills the bandits, and then forces the rest of the gang to take him to Los Cerritos, Munguja’s hideout. There, the gunfighter manages to get hold of the second card as well, but the outlaw pursues and captures him. After escaping, Blood reaches the convent of San Juan with the help of two Mexican girls and discovers that Munguja and his men have killed all the friars and found the treasure. Blood confronts the bandits and kills them, leaving only Munguja. Blood could easily overpower him, if Garrincha did not suddenly appear, having followed the events while keeping in the shadows.
