The story
In the cheerful city of Rio de Janeiro lives Rosa, whose understanding of goodness and love is unusual. Almost without realizing it, she spends her days with seven men of different ages and social classes, sharing her affection equally among them. Although she lives with one man, she continually resists his marriage proposals. Rosa believes her capacity for love is too great to be devoted to a single person, leaving her domestic relationship at odds with her expansive view of affection.
