The story
In suburban Georgia, family man William Duncan's life is shattered when his daughter, Kat, is kidnapped and murdered by the brothers Rory and Danny, who work for the local kingpin Donnie Fetter. Although Danny is arrested, William believes the punishment is insufficient and allows him to go free. Driven by a need for justice, William begins a violent vigilante campaign against the Fetter family. As he descends into a cycle of violence, he must navigate the consequences of his actions while being hunted by the very criminals he seeks to destroy.

In suburban Georgia, family man William Duncan's daughter Kat is murdered by Rory and Danny Fetter, henchmen for the kingpin Donnie Fetter. William, a former Marine, allows Danny to go free to seek his own justice, eventually beating him to death with a softball bat. After being confronted by Detective Chen and his wife Jen, William is eventually ambushed by Rory and Donnie; Jen is killed, and William is left for dead. He survives, escapes from the hospital, and teams up with an arms dealer named Dante to train and arm himself. William systematically hunts the Fetter gang, eventually killing Donnie. A final confrontation occurs between William and Rory. After a series of bloody skirmishes involving Dante and his friend Roach, William and Rory are left alone. Rory shoots William, but William manages to stab Rory in the neck, killing him. William eventually succumbs to his injuries after meeting with Detective Chen, having destroyed the Fetter family's community at the cost of his own life.
