Full plot (contains spoilers)

Willy Wonka, a young chocolatier, arrives at the Galéries Gourmet with dreams of establishing his own chocolate shop. After signing a predatory contract due to his illiteracy, he is forced to work in a launderette alongside Noodle and other workers. While he introduces 'hoverchocs' to the public, he is targeted by the 'Chocolate Cartel'—a group of rival chocolatiers including Arthur Slugworth, Gerald Prodnose, and Felix Fickelgruber. Wonka discovers his chocolates are being pilfered by an Oompa-Loompa named Lofty. When the Cartel sabotages his shop, causing chaos, Wonka is forced to flee. He eventually discovers a conspiracy involving Noodle's past and the Cartel's illegal activities. After a daring infiltration of the Cartel's headquarters, Wonka and Noodle expose the group's misdeeds, leading to the Cartel's downfall.
