A mysterious new armored truck guard's past is called into question after he displays expert skills during a robbery.
The story
In Los Angeles, California, a Fortico armored-truck robbery leaves two guards and a bystander dead, setting off a series of events. Five months later, Patrick Hill joins Fortico Security as an armored truck guard. While he initially struggles with his training and relationships with colleagues, he demonstrates expert marksmanship during a robbery attempt. However, his actions lead to his true identity being questioned by FBI agents. As he navigates his role at Fortico, he becomes aware of the consequences of the initial robbery, while his coworkers begin to grow suspicious of his background and capabilities.
Full plot (contains spoilers)
The film follows the intertwined paths of a crime lord and a group of veterans. After a robbery leaves his son dead, Mason Hargreaves, a notorious crime lord, assumes the identity of Patrick Hill to infiltrate Fortico Security and find the 'inside man' responsible for the heist. Simultaneously, a group of disgruntled Afghanistan veterans, including Jan and Jackson, plan their own heist at a Fortico facility. The narrative reveals that the initial robbery was an inside job. During the final confrontation at the Fortico facility, Hargreaves faces off against the veterans. He manages to kill most of the crew, but is shot by Bullet. In the end, Jan murders both Jackson and Bullet to claim the loot. Hargreaves eventually tracks down Jan and confronts him with his son's autopsy report, mirroring the injuries his son suffered before killing Jan.
