The story

She is brutally killed, and her absence leads to producer Mara taking her place in the survival reality game show 'The Apocalypse: Ultimate Survivalist.' As the game begins in the West Virginia forest, the television crew is murdered and the host is abducted by a family of mutant cannibals. Mara and other contestants must navigate the woods and a nearby mill while being hunted by the deformed family.

Kimberly, a reality show contestant, is killed by a cannibal after hitting a teenager in the West Virginia backcountry. Mara takes her place in the survival show 'The Apocalypse: Ultimate Survivalist.' During the game, the cannibal family—Three Finger, Pa, Ma, Brother, and Sister—murder the crew and kidnap the host, Dale Murphy. Mara and Nina are hunted by the cannibals, while other contestants like Elena and M face similar fates. Dale eventually escapes and kills the grandfather of the cannibals using dynamite. Meanwhile, the remaining contestants realize they have been eating Kimberly's leg. Nina and Jake eventually find the cannibals' mill, where they witness Ma decapitating M. Dale returns to the compound, kills Brother and Sister with dynamite, but is killed by Ma and Pa. Nina manages to kill Ma and Pa with a meat grinder and escapes with Jake.
