A group of aspiring adult film stars find themselves in a deadly situation at a rural farm in 1979.
The story
In 1979, a group of aspiring adult film stars and their crew travel to a remote farm in rural Texas to film a pornographic movie. They stay in a guesthouse owned by an elderly couple, Howard and Pearl. While the production proceeds, the atmosphere grows tense as the elderly couple's behavior becomes increasingly unsettling. The group is soon faced with a dangerous reality when the elderly woman, Pearl, begins to exhibit a disturbing fixation on the young lead actress, Maxine, leading to a violent and deadly confrontation.

In 1979, police find a farm in rural Texas filled with bodies. The events leading up to this involve a film crew—including Maxine, her producer fiancé Wayne, and others—who rent a guesthouse from an elderly couple, Howard and Pearl. While the crew films, Pearl becomes obsessed with Maxine, who resembles her younger self. Tensions rise as Pearl begins a killing spree, murdering members of the crew including RJ, Wayne, and others. Howard also becomes involved in the violence. The situation culminates in a final confrontation where Maxine and Pearl face off. Maxine eventually escapes and manages to crush Pearl's head with a truck. The film ends with the police discovering the carnage and the production's footage.
