Full plot (contains spoilers)
1997: Computer genius Frank Verstraeten is short in stature, but his ambitions are all the greater. With the megadisco Zillion, he creates Antwerp’s place to be for partygoers from across Flanders and far beyond. Frank shows off there with Vanessa, the most beautiful woman in Belgium, while his partner in crime, Dennis Black Magic, provides the risqué acts. Frank becomes as famous and notorious as his nightclub, but in the process he steps on the wrong toes all too often.
