The film then moves to Lanzarote, where Guancho encounters the same Mafia while playing golf. They are searching for gold brought to the island from Corleone, Sicily, during the Second World War. Guancho’s talking robot crab, Pitscho, draws their attention to a gold coin belonging to him. Guancho also meets Maria and her son Lorenzo, who are initially wary of him because he is an alcoholic.

Full plot (contains spoilers)

During a car chase with Mafiosi in Switzerland, El Guancho, driving his wonder Beetle Dudu, lures the gangsters into a stock-car race. There, the two men’s black limousine is completely wrecked. Dudu loses his bodywork after being pushed down a slope. Beneath the bodywork is a Solo 750, and Guancho’s talking robot crab, Pitscho, remarks that Dudu looks better this way than he did as a VW Beetle. From this point on, the film takes place on Lanzarote. While playing golf, El Guancho comes into contact with the Mafia, who are searching for a gold treasure brought to Lanzarote from Corleone, Sicily, during the Second World War. The cheeky Pitscho shows the gangsters a gold coin belonging to El Guancho, making them curious about him. Over the course of the film, El Guancho meets Maria and her son Lorenzo, who are initially wary because Guancho is an alcoholic. After several confrontations with the Mafiosi, during which Maria and Lorenzo, and eventually Guancho as well, are kidnapped, the protagonist manages to outwit and defeat the gangsters.
