Achtung! Auto-Diebe! (1930)

Harry Palen works as a car salesman at his boss Jakob Reuß’s business. Shortly before a scheduled test drive in one of the company cars, Harry meets his childhood friend Helene in the park. That is when one of the Reuß company cars is stolen by a thief. Harry, a man of many talents, of course does not let this pass, and immediately sets off after the car thief. After one chase after another, Harry soon realizes that there is a full-fledged gang of thieves specializing in stealing luxury cars. He eventually discovers that the gang’s leader is none other than Robert Radek, his childhood friend’s husband. Helene apparently knows nothing about it. Radek is caught and arrested, Helene breaks with him and marries Harry, who has already returned the stolen car to his boss.
