Daniel, a Parisian editor, runs into Patrick by chance. Patrick is a longtime friend he has not been in touch with since Patrick’s separation from his ex-wife, who is Daniel’s wife’s best friend. Now in a relationship with Emma, a young Spanish actress, Patrick would like to introduce her to his friends, so they organize a dinner at their home. But as the evening goes on, and increasingly captivated by the beautiful Spaniard, Daniel imagines every possible scenario for having a romance with Emma.
