The story
Paul is the son of a drinker whose father is beaten to death in a tavern. Despite his father’s bad example and his own good intentions, Paul cannot give up alcohol. He reaches for the liquor bottle increasingly often and, like his father before him, succumbs more and more to drink.

The film deals with alcoholism, which can sometimes develop into a terrible family tradition. Paul is the son of a drinker. One day, his father is beaten to death in a tavern. Despite his father’s bad example, Paul too is unable to give up alcohol. Despite his good intentions, he reaches for the liquor bottle more and more often and, like his father before him, increasingly succumbs to drink. One day, disaster strikes while he is drunk.
