The story
Stuart Webbs has been under pressure from a criminal gang trying to intimidate him. He discovers that the gang is planning its biggest heist: its members have broken into a reinforced bank vault to blow it open. The criminals want the genuine banknotes inside, then plan to use their counterfeiting operation to flood the city with fake money without attracting notice.

Stuart Webbs, who has been under pressure from a gang of criminals for some time as they try to intimidate him, discovers that this very gang is planning its biggest heist. They have broken into a bank’s reinforced vault to blow it open. Once they get their hands on the genuine banknotes inside, the crooks—whose main business is counterfeiting—plan to flood the city with their fake money without anyone noticing. To put a stop to them, Stuart Webbs tries to cut off the power in the basement. But the gang is well prepared: it has installed cameras that show them exactly what the detective outside is planning. However, thanks to his courageous intervention, he manages to foil their scheme at the last minute.
