The story
Sultan and Gizem are about to become sisters-in-law. Sultan, the senior bride, is jealous and determined to remain her mother-in-law’s favorite, so she openly starts a rivalry. What begins with teasing remarks and digs grows into a competition over who is the better-liked daughter-in-law and who has more followers on social media. Gizem initially wants to stay out of the contest, but eventually joins in. Their comparisons extend to future motherhood and preparations for babies, with nurseries, childbirth classes, nannies and birth photos all becoming part of the escalating contest.

Sultan and Gizem are about to become sisters-in-law. But Sultan, the senior bride, is gripped by jealousy and wants to remain her mother-in-law’s favorite. So she openly creates a rivalry. Small teasing remarks and digs gradually escalate. Although Gizem does not want to get caught up in it, in the end she can’t resist either, and a fierce “war” begins. Who is the better daughter-in-law? Who is more loved in the neighborhood? Who has more followers on social media? Who will become a mother first? Whose baby shower will be more lavish? Between the nurseries, curtains, cushions, childbirth classes, the best nanny, and the best birth photos, things get out of hand...
