The story
After her father dies during the Christmas season, Catherine inherits his old, isolated estate in Norway. An elderly local woman tells her about the disappearance of seven-year-old Marie, who was Catherine’s mother’s sister—a relative Catherine never knew existed. When strange noises begin in the house, Catherine believes she is being haunted. She then sees a mysterious little girl, Daisy, wandering through the building. Catherine’s fiancé, Marcus, becomes worried by her disturbing behavior as she grows close to the child.

After her father’s death, during the Christmas season, Catherine inherits his old, isolated estate in Norway. But an elderly woman from the local area tells her the story of the disappearance of a seven-year-old girl, Marie, who was none other than her own mother’s sister—a relative Catherine never knew existed. After hearing a series of strange noises in the house, Catherine believes she is being haunted. Then, suddenly, she catches sight of a mysterious little girl, Daisy, wandering around the building. While her fiancé, Marcus, worries about his fiancée’s new and disturbing behavior, Catherine befriends the child—who very quickly turns out to be a ghost.
