The story
The annual Christmas party at Holgers Auto is approaching, and the workshop staff are eager to celebrate. Newly hired foreman Anders Bo joins them; after his first ten shots of schnapps, he finds himself drawn to the garage’s eccentric characters, especially Holger’s daughter, Amalie. She is closely guarded by Buller, the hard-hitting cleaning boy. As the traditional party gets out of hand, inhibitions drop and everyday quarrels flare up, turning the gathering into an increasingly unruly celebration among Anders and his new colleagues.
Full plot (contains spoilers)
The annual Christmas party at the Holgers Auto garage is just around the corner, and everyone at the friendly workshop is looking forward to it enormously. That includes the newly hired foreman, Anders Bo, who, after his first ten shots of schnapps, cannot help falling for all the odd and eccentric characters—especially Holger’s daughter Amalie, who is closely guarded by Buller, the intellectually disabled and hard-hitting cleaning boy. As tradition dictates, the Christmas party gets completely out of hand, everyone lets go of their inhibitions, and the little everyday quarrels really flare up. It also turns out that Anders Bo is not there only to party with his new colleagues: he has a hidden agenda that suddenly puts his popularity with his new friends and his newfound love for Amalie at risk. And once the alcohol takes over, things can only go wrong.
