Full plot (contains spoilers)
Successful fashion designer and boutique owner Antonia Greve and her ex-husband Claus have a 15-year-old son, Dominik, who plays the cello and has chosen Mahatma Gandhi as his role model. Erdal and Hatice Güngör have two other daughters besides their 15-year-old daughter Ayşe. During one of Dominik’s stays in hospital, it comes out that he is not the biological son of Antonia and Claus, but was switched at birth with Ayşe at the hospital. The two families agree that the teenagers will swap families on a trial basis for two weeks and live with their respective biological parents. Both teenagers are thus confronted with a world unfamiliar to them. While Dominik tries to learn how to behave like a typical Turkish boy and take on the role of an obedient son, Ayşe enjoys her newfound freedom and financial opportunities she had never known before. At a disastrous party Ayşe throws at the home of her biological mother, all the costumes and clothes for the fashion show scheduled for the day after tomorrow are destroyed. Only with the Güngörs’ help do they manage to save the fashion show, which also helps bring the two families together.
