Two mismatched coworkers must find their way to Prague together after bad weather strands their journey, with their jobs depending on a photo at the Champions League final.
The story
Piero Fumagalli, a secessionist Milanese industrialist and Lega Nord member, is paired with Remo, a Roman warehouse worker, for a company trip to Prague to watch the Champions League final. Their employer requires them to take a photo in front of the Cup or face dismissal. After they set off, bad weather forces an emergency landing in Slovenia, leaving them to make their way to Prague by whatever means they can find. The two men have very different temperaments and must tolerate each other throughout the difficult journey, as they try to reach their destination in time for the required photograph.

They both work for a company that has drawn their names to go to Prague to watch the Champions League final, with the aim of taking a photo in front of the Cup, on pain of being fired. Piero sets off with Remo, but an emergency landing caused by bad weather in Slovenia forces them to travel to Prague by whatever means they can find. The two will also have to put up with each other, despite their completely different temperaments. During the journey to Prague, they will have a chance to become friends. They will not manage to reach their destination in time to take the photo in front of the European Cup, but thanks to Piero's daughter, who creates a photomontage of the two of them in front of the Cup, they will save their jobs.
