Full plot (contains spoilers)
Olga’s life is forever marked by a childhood trauma: her father’s suicide before her eyes. Under the care of a psychiatrist, Olga returns to her hometown—the setting of the tragic event—only many years later, accompanied by her husband. She sees her friends again, along with the club where she used to perform and where Isabel now sings. There, a fateful encounter with Michael, a young police inspector connected to the singer, briefly draws her out of her everyday nightmares. A passionate, overwhelming affair is shattered by a new trauma: rape. Hallucination or reality? No one seems to believe the increasingly distraught woman. No one except Michael, who sets out to track down the maniac.
