Full plot (contains spoilers)
Sami (Pascal Elbé) and Patrick (Clovis Cornillac) have been friends for a long time. Sami is a hypochondriac. One day, following a misunderstanding at the hospital, Sami thinks he has an incurable neurological disease. He then decides to make the most of his remaining time and goes to India to be treated by a renowned local “doctor.” Meanwhile, his friend Patrick, who accompanies and supports him without knowing that the illness is actually imaginary, finds himself without a wife or a job. The initial situation seems to have been turned upside down: Patrick is no longer lucky, while Sami seems less and less ill.
