Max und Moritz Reloaded (2005)

Because the two criminal and severely troubled minors, Max and Moritz Reischke, crash a stolen car with the also-underage daughter of a Hamburg senator in the back seat, the city of Hamburg has had enough. The Hamburg youth welfare office therefore decides to send them to a boot camp in Thuringia, run by two gay former NVA officers. Their social worker, Paula Winter, who has been trying to help the brothers, regrets the decision. Their mother, by contrast, is indifferent; she prefers to pass her time drinking, having sex, and singing. At the paramilitary boot camp, the two singing, punitive leaders, Axel Schultz and Henry Maschke, try to reform the unruly residents with their communist disciplinary methods. But the seemingly incorrigible brothers Max and Moritz prove too much for them. Only when the two teenagers steal the Ferrari belonging to Mörder-Hanne, the local pimp and brothel owner, do the boys get into serious trouble and get punished for what they have done. The pimp tortures them and imposes a “Thuringia ban” on them. After receiving a phone call, social worker Paula and the boys’ mother decide to go and check on them. The mother spends the night with the two camp leaders, while the two boys sexually assault the sleeping Paula. The next day, they execute the pimp, but afterward they are shot dead in the middle of the road by a passing Bavarian couple in a motor home, who feel that the boys are blocking their way. Paula and the mother remain at the institution and continue running it together with Axel and Henry. In the end, it turns out that Paula has given birth to twins fathered by one of the deceased boys.
