They argue and fight, and do not understand each other at all. The fact that Marius and Frida are complete opposites becomes very clear as they try to work together.
Full plot (contains spoilers)
Marius is one of the boys in his class whom the others look up to. He is quite cautious and does what he can to get good grades and fit in. He succeeds at this. Frida, on the other hand, is the school’s outsider. She is disruptive and provocative, and everyone calls her “crazy in the head.” The fact that Marius and Frida are complete opposites becomes very clear when the two have to work together on a group project. They argue and fight, and do not understand each other at all. But at the same time, something else is happening. Marius gradually becomes attracted to Frida’s wild behavior, and her troubled mind soon brings more excitement into his life. When the two challenge each other, they both find it thrilling, and little by little they discover things about life and each other that send them into a turbulent personal upheaval that is anything but boring.
