The story
Patrizia, a journalist at a Roman weekly magazine, feels overlooked by her editor, Eugenio Zafferi, and wants an assignment worthy of her talent. She challenges him: if she writes an article worthy of the front page, she must be promoted; if not, she will have to give him the pleasure of her charms for one night. Zafferi accepts and, following advice from seasoned editor Orietta Fallani, assigns Patrizia an investigation into Italians’ erotic fantasies. The assignment is complicated by Duccio, a taxi driver of southern Italian origin who has set his sights on the journalist.
