Three men with similar romantic situations become friends, share an apartment, and set a one-night limit on any encounter with a woman.
The story
Joaquín, a commercial pilot newly separated from his wife, meets Juan Luis and Manolo during a flight; their romantic situations are similar to his own. The three quickly become friends and decide to share an apartment and a lifestyle unlike that of other men their age. To make living together viable, they establish a fundamental rule: no encounter with a woman will last more than one night. Their household is shaped by tense relationships with their ex-wives, a custody dispute over their children, and sexist prejudices underpinning their views of women. The housekeeper is the only woman who spends more than a day in the house.
