The story
Antoine is nearing 40, but has never felt truly involved in raising his daughters, aged five and nine. His wife, Alice, treats him like a third child, and the article says he deserves it. More invested in music than family life, Antoine has found no success and is kicked out of his home. Then Alice unexpectedly leaves their two daughters in his care. For a few days, he must take on the role of father he has never assumed and fill in for Alice.

Antoine is approaching 40. This family man has never really felt involved in raising his daughters, who are 5 and 9. His wife, Alice, treats him like the family’s third child—which he totally deserves! He is more interested in music, but has had no success. He is kicked out of his home. One day, Alice unexpectedly leaves their two daughters in his care. For a few days, Antoine will have to step into the role of father, which he has never taken on, while filling in for Alice.
