Work Hard - Play Hard (2012)

The film begins with (re-enacted) consultations between Behnisch Architekten and consultants from the Quickborner Team about the new Unilever D-A-CH headquarters in Hamburg. The next sequence, documenting the implementation of desk sharing there, was filmed at the Accenture campus in Kronberg. Both sequences focus primarily on the work environment and the physical premises. Each stands on its own. After that, the film alternates between various locations, jumping back and forth among them: an assessment center in sales and marketing at Schott Solar; outdoor training for a team in the Lüneburg Heath; a scene of peer consultation among Towers Watson management consultants; a department meeting at Kienbaum; a gathering of internal change agents in DHL’s LEAN project; and an SAP software presentation on talent management at Endress+Hauser. The conversations documented are occasionally interrupted by interview-style monologues.
