Affäre zu dritt (2003)

Katrin and Max have a happy marriage and both work for the Munich Criminal Police: Katrin as a police doctor, Max as a criminal investigator. Naturally, a certain routine has set in over the course of their marriage, both in their private and professional lives. During the medical fitness examination Katrin conducts for the new officer, Franziska Hansen, she feels a magical tingling. Something about this woman seems to excite her; she feels almost irresistibly drawn to her. What Katrin cannot yet know is that the young officer has a troubled past. Ever since a traffic accident for which she was not at fault, in which her husband was killed, Franziska has suffered from psychological problems that she tries to hide behind her cool exterior. However, everything comes flooding back to Franziska when she goes on a joint assignment with Max and ends up buried with him in a haystack. To make matters more complicated, Franziska realizes that she has developed feelings for Katrin, but also for Max, who, despite being married to Katrin, is likewise attracted to Franziska. The story thus develops into a delicate love triangle, at times romantic and at times erotic.
