A woman who tests partners’ fidelity for female clients unexpectedly falls for a man who values fidelity himself.
The story
On her wedding day, Franziska discovers that her fiancé is having an affair with another woman, and she comes to believe that all men are pigs. She puts this belief to the test in her work, testing partners on behalf of women who doubt their fidelity. Then she has to deal with Markus, a man who unexpectedly places great value on fidelity. Franziska’s attempts to seduce him do not succeed, and she promptly falls in love with him.

She keeps proving this to herself: on behalf of female clients who have doubts about their partners’ fidelity, she tests those partners to see if they are faithful. But then she has to deal with a man who, unexpectedly, places great value on fidelity. None of Franziska’s attempts to seduce Markus succeeds—and she promptly falls in love with him. But she doesn’t know that his wife is playing an underhanded game.
