Full plot (contains spoilers)
Miguel and Aurelio are two very different screenwriters: the former is older and bad-tempered, while the latter is younger and leads a healthier lifestyle. But they have one thing in common: they lack the inspiration to finish the script for a romantic film set in Scotland. The production company sends them to spend a season at a monastery in a small Aragonese village, in the heart of the Pyrenees, to see if they can complete the assignment. There, the two writers will meet their neighbors and, in particular, the village baker, a girl who is dazzling both physically and mentally. Without realizing it, Mariana will become the protagonist of the story they are writing.
