The story
Isabelle, human resources director at a cruise company, is dumped and fired on the same day by her boss and lover, Jérôme Berthelot. Seeking revenge, she hires Rémy Pasquier as an entertainer for the company’s inaugural cruise. Unemployed and aspiring to become an artist, Rémy takes everything literally and has no experience in entertainment work. Isabelle hopes his ineptitude will make the voyage an ordeal for Jérôme. But Rémy’s arrival quickly puts him at odds with both Jérôme and Richard Morena, the cruise director.

Isabelle, the human resources director at a cruise company, decides to get revenge on Jérôme Berthelot, her boss and lover, who breaks up with her and fires her on the same day. To do so, she hires a new entertainer for the inaugural cruise: Rémy Pasquier, an unemployed man who dreams of becoming an artist, takes everything literally, and knows nothing about entertainment work. Isabelle cynically and calculatingly hopes to turn the voyage into an ordeal for her former lover. Rémy quickly incurs the wrath of Jérôme Berthelot and Richard Morena, the cruise director.
