The story

Michel and Vincent are friends with diametrically opposed ideas about relationships with women. Michel, an eternal romantic, believes in true love and dreams of meeting the woman of his life through a perfect encounter born of pure chance. Vincent is a relentless seducer who moves from conquest to conquest and sees relationships with women as mainly about sex. When Angèle and Nathalie enter their lives, the men’s respective outlooks face a challenge. Uncomfortable around women and unable to try to seduce them, Michel becomes the unwitting subject of Vincent’s plan: his friend secretly arranges a meeting with Angèle designed to look like the chance encounter Michel longs for.

Full plot (contains spoilers)

Michel and Vincent are two friends who have developed diametrically opposed ideas about relationships with women. An eternal romantic, Michel believes in true love and dreams of finding the woman of his life through a perfect encounter born of pure chance. Vincent, on the other hand, is a relentless seducer who goes from conquest to conquest and for whom relationships with women are mainly about sex. The arrival of Angèle and Nathalie in their lives will confront them with the limits of their respective ways of thinking. Since Michel is uncomfortable around women and unable to try to seduce them, his friend Vincent secretly arranges for him to meet Angèle, in a way that will look like the chance encounter Michel eagerly awaits.
