Caracas, mid-1970s. Daniel, a young drifter who lives by his wits, leaves the city and ends up by motorboat on a nearly deserted island, where the only inhabitants are two young mixed-race siblings, a brother and sister, and their father, who is actually an escaped convict serving a life sentence. Daniel soon discovers that the young woman readily gives herself to him. But since this tends to disrupt the incestuous balance that had previously developed on the island, he prefers to return to civilization before the situation gets out of hand.
