Zankoku hanten (2008)

Lin’s restaurant, run by a woman with an innocent gaze, is enjoying great success thanks to its house specialty, Tougen dumplings. After a severed hand is discovered and a number of people go missing in the area, the police begin investigating, suspecting the cook, Chin. A woman also suspects that her missing sister was murdered at Lin’s restaurant, and a journalist decides to investigate on her own. All of them believe that corpses are being dismembered at the restaurant. After seeing several people killed there before her eyes, Lin suffers repeated nightmares in which she sees herself beheading and dismembering people. As time goes by, Goro, one of the police officers investigating the case, becomes convinced that human meat is being used at Lin’s restaurant. However, Goro is also convinced that Lin is innocent, and turns his attention to Chin, who begins behaving strangely. After more horrific deaths, Goro and Lin finally discover the culprit: it is Chin, who has killed everyone seeking the secret of the Tougen dumplings in order to protect Lin and the restaurant’s honor. After saying this, Chin completely loses his mind and tries to rape Lin, but fails and kills himself. Left alone with Lin, Goro finally discovers the true secret of the Tougen dumplings. When he wakes up, he sees Lin lying naked on the table, inserting the dumplings into her vagina and then expelling them. Goro tastes the dumplings and finds them delicious. Lin tells him that he has helped make them that way, and that he is now the guardian of the Tougen dumplings.
