A teenager’s return to a psychiatric ward is unsettled by the arrival of a mysterious new patient.
The story
Seventeen-year-old Lucia is taken by police to the child and adolescent psychiatric ward of a public hospital, a place she has been admitted to several times before. There, she reunites with Eloïse, a friend receiving long-term care, and meets other teenagers, including Yasmine, Camélia, Ulysse, and André, each facing different illnesses and difficult experiences. The treatment team tries to listen to and support the young patients while helping reunite them with their parents, despite the doctors’ heavy workload. The ward’s uneasy routines face a possible upheaval when the mysterious Enzo is admitted.

17-year-old Lucia is picked up by the police, who take her to the child and adolescent psychiatric ward of a public hospital. All the patients there are between 15 and 18 years old. Having stayed there several times before, Lucia already knows the ward. She is reunited with her friend Eloïse, who is in long-term care. Many of the other teenagers, such as Yasmine, Camélia, Ulysse, and André, carry painful experiences with them and are struggling with their own challenges. At the same time, they have different illnesses and life stories. The treatment team tries to listen to the young patients, support them, and reunite them with their parents. But the doctors are under enormous work pressure. When the mysterious Enzo is admitted one day, everything threatens to change.
