Full plot (contains spoilers)

New York: A police commissioner battles crime and the organized underworld. Helping him in his daily struggle is Bathman, a somewhat awkward masked hero who rides around the countryside every day on a ramshackle velocipede. Bathman comes from the distant planet Eros, where he was known as Eroticon. Bathbaby also lived on that planet, where she was known as Klito Bell. Both were renowned there for their exceptional sexual prowess. But after coming to Earth, they had definitively set aside their capacity for lovemaking in order to fight crime exclusively. The ruler of Eros, bewildered by this, sends Elios to Earth to make the two makeshift heroes reform. Meanwhile, crime reigns in the American metropolis: young women are raped by mysterious criminals hired by Poker. The commissioner is turned into a homosexual by a powerful ray used by Catwoman, and the man's wife is raped as well, at the Penguin's behest, though afterward she seems to enjoy it. Bathman clumsily intervenes in all these situations with the help of his faithful wife. But order is soon restored: with an ingenious plan, Elios arranges for all the characters, good and bad, to find themselves alone together in a room, on the pretext of an invitation to a party. The robot's powers strip them naked, and after an inevitable orgy, they put aside their differences and are no longer enemies.
