In this sequel, the haunting begins again. But the benevolent ghost of the school’s founder, Otto Leonhard, is not the only one causing trouble. By chance, Hulda Stechbarth, the long-dead former headmistress, also comes back to life. She despises Leonhard’s liberal, student-friendly approach to education. Things are going well for Felix Vorndran at the Otto-Leonhard Gymnasium, run by headmistress Dr. Schmitt-Gössenwein, and he feels very much at home there with his friends Ella and Mario. Then his father, Peter, tells him that he wants to move the family to Dubai because he has a lucrative job offer there. Felix refuses to accept this; he wishes his parents would have to listen to him for once, too. Hulda Stechbarth’s ghost takes possession of the school building and causes extensive damage. After a confrontation between the ghosts Hulda and Otto, Schmitt-Gössenwein is shrunk, as are Felix’s parents, who had been invited by the headmistress to inspect the damaged school building. Hulda Stechbarth takes Schmitti captive. The shrunken parents have to make their way home through a series of adventures. In the middle of the night, they suddenly appear beside Felix’s bed, exhausted and in desperate need of help. Felix has to take responsibility and look after his parents. Together with his friends, he works on a plan to make his parents big again and save the school from Hulda, who is trying to take control of the entire school and erase all memories of Otto Leonhard.
