The story

Jeanne alerts the police, but the high number of reported runaways in France limits what they can do to find Chloé. Jeanne then investigates with her ex-husband.
Full plot (contains spoilers)
Chloé lives with her mother, Jeanne, in a blended family. Her father recently returned from Brazil. As a teenager, Chloé is becoming increasingly withdrawn and aggressive. After another confrontation with her mother, her phone is taken away and she runs away. Jeanne alerts the police, but with 54,700 runaways reported each year in France—that is, 150 a day (one-third of runaways are not found within six months)—the police cannot do everything possible to find Chloé. Jeanne investigates on her own, together with her ex-husband. They encounter one surprise after another.
