Das kleine Vergnügen (2017)

Emma is a married woman and the mother of Lukas and Mirella. She has a house with a garden and both feet firmly on the ground. Everything seems to be going perfectly until her husband cheats on her. Divorce looms, threatening Emma’s financial security as well. She starts looking for work and meets Charlie, who runs a sex shop and urgently needs a manager. However, the products Emma finds there are not what she had in mind; she can’t relate to them and so begins transforming the shop into an erotic boutique for women and everyone who loves women. Through her efforts, she soon gains new customers and acquaintances, and also learns more about her own ideas about sexuality. She concludes that conventional notions are outdated and begins exploring her own desires. Emma’s conservative mother disapproves of this change, and her children also watch her critically. But Emma no longer lets anyone tell her what to do. She receives support from the new acquaintances she has made through her business activities. And now her ex is starting to take an interest in her again, too.
