The story
Lucia and Maria have been friends forever, but their attitudes toward men differ: Lucia, separated from her husband, has given up on them, while Maria, a mother of two, cannot do without them. One evening, nineteen-year-old Luca ends up in Maria’s bed. Charming, passionate and mature, he is also on the verge of taking his final exams.

Lucia and Maria, two very different friends, have known each other forever. Lucia, separated from her husband, has given up on men; Maria, a mother of two, on the other hand, simply can’t do without them. One evening, Luca, a boy of just nineteen, ends up in Maria’s bed: charming, passionate and mature, but on the verge of taking his final exams. But morning brings incredible surprises, amid misunderstandings, big lies and small abandonments. Perhaps this boy they met by chance really is the man they are both looking for, because with his simple theories he manages to take a true, penetrating look at their lives, turn their habits and false myths upside down, and revolutionize every desire and every certainty. A complex relationship thus develops between the two friends and the boy. Matilde, Luca’s ex-girlfriend, also gets in the way.
