Meanwhile, Stella, Mario’s daughter, tells Giorgio she is in love with him and repeatedly proposes that they have sex, leaving him unsure how to respond. Full plot (contains spoilers)
In Miami, the stories of several characters intertwine. Giorgio, devastated after his wife Daniela left him for a man whose identity he does not know, travels to the Florida city to stay with his best friend Mario so he will not spend the Christmas holidays alone. But he does not know that Mario is Daniela’s lover, and when the two realize Giorgio has arrived, they try not to get caught. Meanwhile, Giorgio has to fend off advances from Stella, Mario’s very young daughter, who calls him “Uncle Giorgio.” She confesses that she is in love with him and repeatedly suggests they have sex. Unsure how to handle the situation, Giorgio talks it over with his friend. Mario, however, misunderstands and thinks Giorgio is asking him whether he should make love to Kelly, his ex-wife and Stella’s mother, and tells him to sleep with her without worrying about it. In the end, a series of circumstances brings Giorgio and Mario together with Daniela and Stella (who, after a few seconds, stops things, deciding that her uncle is out of practice) in the same hotel room, where each of them discovers the truth about the others. Giorgio then packs his bags and heads back home. Ranuccio, who has also been left by his wife Tiziana, who turns out to be a lesbian, takes his son Paolo and Paolo’s two friends, Diego and Lorenzo, to Miami for a super-fun vacation. But as soon as they arrive, Ranuccio starts causing one mess after another and embarrassing the three young men, until they, fed up with the situation, ask him to leave them alone and go back home. Though a little upset, Ranuccio does as they ask. On his way back, however, he gets a call from Tiziana, who tells him that she has left her partner and is willing to get back together with him. In the film’s final segment, Ranuccio and Tiziana meet at a café table and decide to get back together. Shortly afterward, however, Tiziana runs into Giorgio. It then emerges that the two had been engaged when they were young, and after deciding to get back together, they hail a taxi to go to the airport. Seeing his wife’s sudden change of heart, Ranuccio loses his temper and rails at Giorgio, getting into the cab with him after preventing Tiziana from getting in. The taxi then pulls away, and Giorgio and Ranuccio discover that the driver is an extremely dangerous serial killer they had encountered a few days earlier. The film ends with Ranuccio and Giorgio trying to get out of the taxi and shouting for help.
